摘要
在临床实践中,医患沟通能力是医护人员必备的核心素养之一,也是确保医疗工作顺利进行的基础条件。在视光学专业,卓越的医患沟通能力及适当的人文关怀不仅能够显著提升患者的治疗配合度,还能加深患者对医疗过程的理解。本研究旨在探讨如何在视光学临床实习带教中有效培养实习生的沟通能力,并针对目前视光学临床实习医患沟通教育存在的不足提出相应的对策,以期切实提升视光学专业实习生的医患沟通能力。
In clinical practice,the ability to communicate between doctors and patients is one of the essential core competencies for medical staff,and it is also a basic condition for ensuring the smooth progress of medical work.In the field of optometry,excellent doctor-patient communication skills and appropriate humanistic care can not only significantly improve patients'treatment cooperation,but also deepen their understanding of the medical process.The purpose of this study is to explore how to effectively cultivate the communication skills of interns in clinical teaching of optometry,and to propose corresponding measures to address the shortcomings of current doctor-patient communication education in optometry clinical internships,in order to effectively improve the doctor-patient communication skills of optometry interns.
