摘要
目的 探讨采用多层螺旋CT诊断临床眼外伤的价值。方法 选取2020年2月—2023年4月山东省潍坊市坊子区人民医院收治的100例疑似眼外伤患者为研究对象。结合临床所有疑似眼外伤患者的具体情况,展开多层螺旋CT检查操作,以临床综合诊断结果为金标准,分析多层螺旋CT诊断眼外伤的诊断效能。结果 100例疑似眼外伤患者经临床综合诊断确诊阳性80例,阴性20例;多层螺旋CT检出阳性79例,阴性21例。多层螺旋CT诊断眼外伤的特异度为95.00%(19/20),灵敏度为97.50%(78/80),准确度为97.00%(97/100),kappa值为0.908。结论 多层螺旋CT对眼外伤的诊断效能较高,可对眼外伤的早期诊断奠定基础,具有一定的临床应用价值。
Objective To explore the value of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of clinical ocular trauma.Methods A total of 100 patients with suspected ocular trauma admitted to Fangzi District People's Hospital of Weifang City in Shandong Province from February 2020 to April 2023 were selected as the research objects.Combined with the specific conditions of all patients with suspected ocular trauma,the multi-slice spiral CT examination was carried out reasonably.The diagnostic efficacy of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of ocular trauma was analyzed with the clinical comprehensive diagnosis results as the gold standard.Results Among 100 patients with suspected ocular trauma,80 cases were diagnosed as positive and 20 cases as negative by clinical comprehensive diagnosis.Multi-slice spiral CT detected 79 positive cases and 21 negative cases.The specificity of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of ocular trauma was 95.00%(19/20),the sensitivity was 97.50%(78/80),the accuracy was 97.00%(97/100),and the kappa value was 0.908.Conclusion The diagnostic efficiency of multi-slice spiral CT in ocular trauma is higher,which can lay a foundation for the early diagnosis of ocular trauma and has certain clinical application value.
