摘要
地皮菜(Nostoc commune Vaucher)是一种念珠蓝细菌属的蓝细菌,在我国和世界各地广泛分布。地皮菜富含多种营养和活性成分,具有悠久的食药用历史和极大的应用开发价值。全面系统地综述了地皮菜产生的多糖、蛋白质及天然产物等活性成分、食药用价值、农业和生态价值的最新研究进展,特别是组学技术方法在地皮菜相关研究的应用,旨在增强人们对地皮菜中的多糖、功能蛋白、天然产物及其资源价值的了解和认识,为地皮菜资源的深入开发利用提供重要的理论依据和参考。
Nostoc commune Vaucher,commonly known as“Di Pi Cai”in China,is a type of cyanobacteria belonging to the Nostoc genus,widely distributed in China and around the world.This organism is rich in various nutrients and bioactive components,and it has a long history of culinary and medicinal use,as well as great development value.This article provides a comprehensive review of the polysaccharide,proteins,active components,edible and medicinal values,agricultural and ecological values of N.commune,with a particular focus on the exploration of Omics technologies in related research.The aim is to enhance the comprehensive understanding of the polysaccharides,functional proteins,natural products,and resource value within N.commune,and to provide an important theoretical basis for its in-depth development and utilization.
