摘要
为解决燃气机组余热锅炉烟气和氨气混合不充分问题,研制了基于涡旋发生及输送效应的烟氨混合装置,并研究了其对流场及氨氮摩尔比分布的影响。结果表明:设置混合器后,氨氮摩尔比分布的δ_(CV)值由14.68%降低至3.71%,实现了烟气和氨气充分混合。通过NO_(x)总量和分区控制,使得SCR出口NO_(x)排放的各项指标满足了环保要求。
To realize insufficient mixing of flue gas and ammonia in the waste heat boiler of gas turbine unit,a flue gas&ammonia mixer based on the vortex generation and transport effect was developed.This pa⁃per conducts a research on its influence on flow field and ammonia-nitrogen molar ratio distribution.The re⁃sults show that after the mixer was installed,theδ_(CV) value of the ammonia-nitrogen molar ratio distribution was reduced from 14.68%to 3.71%,making it possible to fully mix the flue gas and ammonia.By control⁃ling the total NO_(x) emissions and zoning,all NO_(x) emission indicators at the SCR outlet meet environmental re⁃quirements.
