摘要
目的探究天麻钩藤饮加减联合盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗偏头痛(肝阳上亢证)患者对头痛症状控制情况的影响。方法2021年3月至2024年3月选择我院收治的100例偏头痛(肝阳上亢证)患者,按随机数字表法分2组,各50例。对照组口服盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊,观察组联合天麻钩藤饮加减治疗。对比2组中医证候积分、临床疗效、脑部血流状态、头痛症状控制情况、不良反应。结果观察组治疗总有效率(96.0%)较对照组(82.0%)高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后头痛而胀(1.12±0.26)分、目赤口苦(1.07±0.30)分、心烦易怒(1.02±0.22)分均较对照组低,大脑后动脉(PCA)(34.22±3.05)cm/s、基底动脉(BA)(25.32±2.11)cm/s、大脑前动脉(ACA)(38.41±2.17)cm/s、大脑中动脉(MCA)(42.21±3.18)cm/s平均血流速度均较对照组低,头痛持续时间(1.90±0.33)分、发作次数(2.29±0.22)分、严重程度(2.13±0.16)分均较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对比2组不良反应例数,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在偏头痛(肝阳上亢证)患者中予以天麻钩藤饮加减联合盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗具有显著效果,可减轻头痛症状,改善脑部血流状态,且安全性高。
Objective To explore the effect of modified Tianma Gouteng Yin combined with Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsules on the control of headache symptoms in patients with migraine(liver yang hyperactivity syndrome).Methods From March 2021 to March 2024,100 patients with migraine(liver yang hyperactivity syndrome)admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,with 50 cases in each group,using a random number table method.The control group was orally administered Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsules,while the observation group was treated with a modified Tianma Gouteng Drink in combination.The scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome,clinical efficacy,cerebral blood flow status,control of headache symptoms,and adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(96.0%)was higher than that of the control group(82.0%),with statistical differences(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group had lower scores of headache and swelling(1.12±0.26),red eyes and bitter mouth(1.07±0.30),and irritability(1.02±0.22)compared to the control group.The average blood flow velocity of the posterior cerebral artery(PCA)(34.22±3.05)cm/s,basilar artery(BA)(25.32±2.11)cm/s,anterior cerebral artery(ACA)(38.41±2.17)cm/s,and middle cerebral artery(MCA)(42.21±3.18)cm/s were also lower than those of the control group.The duration of headache(1.90±0.33)points,the number of attacks(2.29±0.22)points,and the severity(2.13±0.16)points were all lower than those of the control group.The control group had low levels,with statistical differences(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the number of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In patients with migraine(liver yang hyperactivity syndrome),the combination of Tianma Gouteng Yin modified and Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsules has significant effects in reducing headache symptoms,improving cerebral blood flow status,and high safety.
