摘要
[目的]在NaCl部分取代碱/表面活性剂/聚合物(ASP)三元复合驱体系中研究不同电沉积时间所得CaCO_(3)层下20钢的腐蚀规律。[方法]采用含NaCl、CaCl_(2)和NaHCO_(3)的混合盐溶液,通过电沉积法在碳钢表面制备CaCO_(3)沉积层。通过电化学测量和失重试验,结合表面分析技术观察浸泡后碳钢的腐蚀形貌和表征腐蚀产物,考察了CaCO_(3)层对碳钢在NaCl-ASP采出水中腐蚀的影响。[结果]电沉积3 h的样品腐蚀速率最低,电沉积1 h的样品腐蚀速率最高。CaCO_(3)沉积层致密性较高的样品有较强的防腐作用。不同CaCO_(3)沉积时间的样品的腐蚀速率从小到大的排序为:电沉积3 h<电沉积30 min<裸电极<电沉积1h。NaCl-ASP体系下生成的腐蚀产物为FeOOH、Fe_(2)O_(3)等。[结论]不同电沉积时间形成的CaCO_(3)的致密性会影响碳钢的垢下腐蚀速率。
[Objective]The corrosion behavior of 20 carbon steel beneath CaCO_(3)layers formed by electrodeposition for different time in NaCl-partially substituted alkali/surfactant/polymer(ASP)composite flooding system was studied.[Method]CaCO_(3)deposits were prepared on the surface of carbon steel via electrodeposition in a solution containing NaCl,CaCl_(2),and NaHCO_(3).The effect of CaCO_(3)layer on the corrosion of carbon steel in NaCl-ASP produced water was evaluated based on the observation of corrosion morphology and characterization of corrosion products of carbon steel after immersion by electrochemical measurement,weight loss test,and surface analysis techniques.[Result]The specimen with a CaCO_(3)layer electrodeposited for 3 hour exhibited the lowest corrosion rate,while that with a CaCO_(3)electrodeposition time of 1 h showed the highest.The specimens with compact CaCO_(3)deposition layers had strong anticorrosion effect.The ascending order of corrosion rates for different CaCO_(3)electrodeposition time was determined as:3 h<30 min<bare electrode<1 h.The corrosion products formed in the NaCl-ASP system were identified as FeOOH and Fe_(2)O_(3).[Conclusion]The compactness of CaCO_(3)layers electrodeposited for different time affects the under-deposit corrosion rate of carbon steel.
