摘要
肋骨骨折内固定手术(surgical stabilization of rib fracture, SSRF)是一个开展非常普及的胸部手术,尤其是在基层医院和创伤中心。SSRF术后植入物感染是一种少见的并发症,也是严重的医院内感染,处理比较棘手,多数需要长时间的抗生素治疗和反复的外科手术。截至目前,没有系统描述SSRF术后植入物感染诊断和治疗的相关文献。本文就SSRF术后植入物感染的相关概念、发生率、危险因素、临床表现、诊断、预防和处理方法等做系统综述,以指导其防治。
The Surgical stabilization of rib fracture(SSRF)is a commonly performed thoracic procedure,especially in primary hospitals and trauma centers.Implant infection after SSRF is a rare complication and a serious nosocomial infection that can be difficult to manage,most of which require prolonged antibiotic therapy and repeated surgical procedures.To date,there is no literature that systematically describes the diagnosis and treatment of implant infections after SSRF.In this paper,the related concepts,incidence,risk factors,clinical manifestations,diagnosis,prevention and treatment methods of implant in-fection after SSRF operation were systematically reviewed to guide its prevention and treatment.
