摘要
党的十八届三中全会以来,全面深化改革取得了显著成效。这些成就是多方面的,不仅涉及经济体制改革,还包括政治、文化、社会以及生态文明等领域的深刻变革。通过各领域基础性制度框架的基本建立,许多领域实现了历史性变革、系统性重塑和整体性重构。这些成就的取得,是在以习近平同志为核心的党中央坚强领导下,全党全国各族人民共同努力的结果。正确认识和科学把握新时代全面深化改革的重大成就,对于全党全国人民深入学习贯彻党的二十届三中全会精神,统一思想、提高认识,坚定信心、鼓舞斗志,具有重要意义。
Since the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee,remarkable results have been achieved in comprehensively deepening reform.These accomplishments are multifaceted and involve not only economic structural reform,but also profound changes in politics,culture,society and ecological civilization.Through the basic establishment of the fundamental institutional framework in various fields,historic changes,systematic reshaping and overall restructuring have been achieved in many fields.These attainments are the result of the joint efforts of the whole Party,the army and the people of all ethnic groups under the strong leadership of the CPC Central Committee.To correctly understand and scientifically grasp the major achievements of comprehensively deepening reform in the new era is of great significance for the whole Party and the people of China to study and implement the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Party,unify their thinking,improve their understanding,strengthen their confidence,and inspire their fighting spirit.
