摘要
目的探究对妊娠期糖尿病患者采用空腹血糖(fasting plasma glucose,FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(glycated hemoglobin A1c,HbA1c)、血清甘油三酯(triglyceride,TG)生化检验的诊断价值。方法选取2020年10月—2022年12月于南通大学附属医院就诊的88例妊娠期糖尿病患者为观察组,同时间段内选择88例健康体检者为对照组。比较两组FPG、HbA1c及血清TG指标水平,绘制受试者操作特征(receiver operating characteristic,ROC)曲线,基于曲线下面积(area under curve,AUC)探究诊断价值。结果观察组FPG、HbA1c以及血清TG指标水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。ROC曲线分析结果显示,FPG、HbA1c及血清TG指标联合检验的AUC最大。结论FPG、HbA1c以及血清TG均可用于临床诊断妊娠期糖尿病,采用联合检验方式可提高诊断效能。
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of biochemical tests of fasting plasma glucose(FPG),glycated hemoglobin A1c(HbA1c)and serum triglyceride(TG)in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 88 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus who were treated in the Affiliated Hospital of Nantong University from October 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the observation group,and 88 healthy subjects were selected as the control group during the same period.The levels of FPG,HbA1c and serum TG were compared between the two groups.The receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was drawn and the diagnostic value was explored based on the area under curve(AUC).Results The levels of FPG,HbA1c and serum TG in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).ROC curve analysis re-sults showed that the AUC of the combined test of FPG,HbA1c and serum TG was the largest.Conclusion FPG,HbA1c and serum TG can be used for clinical diagnosis of gestational diabetes mellitus,and the combined test method can improve the diagnostic effciency.
