摘要
对粮食气膜仓储存的进口大豆,运用2×5.5 k W大功率轴流风机和2×11 k W离心风机进行冬季通风对比试验。结果表明,大功率轴流风机缓速通风能在第1、 2、 3周持续形成较低温度离群点,在第3至第4周就能平衡整仓粮温,通风后粮食水分减量低0.3%,且单位能耗低29%,对应吨粮费用低17%。新津直属库粮食气膜仓的“2+2”型通风窗结合2×5.5 k W大功率轴流风机的设置方式和仓储信息控制系统智能通风的应用,供相关单位借鉴。
The winter ventilation test of imported soybeans stored in grain gas film silo was carried out by comparing 2×5.5 kW high-power axial flow fan with 2×11 kW centrifugal fan.The results show that the slow ventilation of the high-power axial fan can continue to form a lower temperature outlier in the 1st,2nd and 3rd weeks,and can balance the temperature of the whole warehouse in the 3rd to 4th weeks,and the moisture reduction after ventilation is 0.15%lower,and the unit energy consumption is 29%lower,which corresponds to a 17%lower cost per ton of grain.The“2+2”type ventilation window of the grain gas film silo of Xinjin Direct warehouse combined with the setting mode of 2×5.5kW high-power axial flow fan and the application of intelligent ventilation of the storage information control system may provide reference for relevant units.
