摘要
目的 探究2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus, T2DM)合并脑梗死患者控糖治疗中胰岛素强化治疗的应用安全性。方法 回顾性选取2022年3月-2024年3月福州市第一总医院收治的96例T2DM合并脑梗死患者的临床资料,按治疗方法不同分为参照组(二甲双胍治疗)、观察组(二甲双胍联合胰岛素强化治疗),各48例。比较两组临床疗效、糖代谢及不良反应发生率。结果 治疗12周后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均低于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组临床疗效高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 T2DM合并脑梗死患者在二甲双胍常规治疗基础上应用胰岛素强化治疗,可提高临床疗效,控糖效果更佳且应用安全性较高。
Objective To investigate the safety of the application of insulin intensive therapy in the glycemic control treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)combined with cerebral infarction.Methods Clinical data of 96 T2DM patients with cerebral infarction admitted to Fuzhou First General Hospital from March 2022 to March 2024 were retrospectively selected,and divided into reference group(metformin treatment)and observation group(met-formin combined with insulin intensive treatment)according to different treatment methods,with 48 cases in each group.The clinical efficacy,glucose metabolism and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After 12 weeks of treatment,the levels of fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glu-cose and glycated hemoglobin A1c in the observation group were lower than those in the reference group,and the dif-ferences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The clinical efficacy of the observation group was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Insulin intensive treatment in pa-tients with T2DM combined with cerebral infarction on the basis of conventional treatment with metformin can im-prove clinical efficacy,better glycemic control and higher safety.
