摘要
随着人口老龄化的持续加剧,2型糖尿病在老年人群中的发病率显著上升。述情障碍成为众多老年患者在住院治疗期间的挑战之一。本文回顾并总结近年来关于老年2型糖尿病住院患者述情障碍影响因素的研究进展,通过从多个维度深入剖析相关影响因素,期望能为临床实践提供有益的参考,助力医护人员更全面地理解并有效应对老年2型糖尿病患者的述情障碍问题,进而为患者提供更加周全且高效的医疗服务。
As the aging of the population continues to intensify,the incidence of type 2 diabetes mellitus in the el-derly population has increased significantly.Alexithymia becomes one of the challenges for many elderly patients dur-ing hospitalization.This paper reviews and summarizes the research progress on the influencing factors of alexithymia in elderly type 2 diabetes inpatients in recent years.Through in-depth analysis of relevant influencing factors from multiple dimensions,it is expected to provide useful references for clinical practice,help medical staff to more com-prehensively understand and effectively deal with alexithymia in elderly type 2 diabetes mellitus patients,and provide patients with more comprehensive and efficient medical services.
