摘要
                
                    硬质合金兼具高强度、高硬度的特性,但也存在着强度和韧性相互制约的弊端。传统的硬质合金已经很难满足产业快速发展的需求,超细晶硬质合金相比于传统硬质合金具有更高的硬度和耐磨性以及更好的断裂韧性。本文从超细晶硬质合金的配料、晶粒控制、制备工艺等方面,综述了近年来关于超细晶硬质合金的研究进展,对比了不同黏结剂含量、粉末制备、烧结工艺以及添加不同晶粒长大抑制剂后超细晶硬质合金的性能差异,指出了晶粒异常长大是硬质合金制备过程中存在的主要问题。最后,对超细晶硬质合金制备过程中,以高熵合金作为黏结剂制备出的超细晶硬质合金晶粒度以及力学性能展开了讨论。
                
                Cemented carbide possesses both high strength and hardness,but it also suffers from the drawback of mutually constrained strength and toughness.Traditional cemented carbide has become difficult to meet the rapidly growing demands of industry.Compared to traditional cemented carbide,ultrafine-grained cemented carbide exhibits higher hardness,wear resistance,and better fracture toughness.This article reviews the recent research progress in ultrafine-grained cemented carbide from the aspects of raw material proportioning,grain control,and preparation processes.It compares the performance differences of ultrafine-grained cemented carbide with varying binder contents,powder preparation methods,sintering processes,and the addition of different grain growth inhibitors.The article points out that abnormal grain growth is a major issue in the preparation of cemented carbide.Finally,it discusses the grain size and mechanical properties of ultrafine-grained cemented carbide prepared using high-entropy alloys as binders during the preparation process.
