摘要
目的对温病学教学改革相关研究文献进行文献计量及可视化分析,为后续教学改革提供参考。方法以中国知网(CNKI)数据库为数据源,以“温病学”和“教学”为主题,选择建库时间至2024年5月20日(检索日期)发表的文献,利用CiteSpace软件和Microsoft Excel对文献作者、机构和关键词等进行可视化分析。结果1981—2023年中国知网数据库收录了温病学教学改革相关文献310篇,年发文量总体呈上升趋势。发文机构以本科院校和医院为主,涉及地区和学者分布广泛。高产作者间已形成有传承能带动的稳定团队,但不同地区、机构、团队间交流合作较少;关键词“教学方法”“教学模式”“临床实践”“课程思政”出现频次高且中介中心性强,是当前温病学教学改革的研究重心;2020年起“课程思政”突现且强度高,是近2年温病学教学改革的研究热点和重点。结论各大本科院校作为教学改革研究的主力,发文量稳居前列,但需增强区域、机构、作者间的交流合作,注重传帮带,以推进温病学教学改革的稳步前进。未来温病学课程教学改革也将随着时代发展的主题,与现代信息技术接轨,融入思政教育,培养新时代中医药人才。
The objective of this study is to conduct a bibliometric and visual analysis of research literature related to the teaching reform of warm disease(wenbing),providing a reference for future teaching reforms.Methods Using the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)database as the data source,and selecting“warm disease”and“teaching”as the themes,we gathered literature published from the inception of the database until May 20,2024.CiteSpace and Microsoft Excel were used to conduct a visual analysis of the literature,focusing on authors,institutions,and keywords.Results From 1981 to 2023,CNKI recorded 310 articles related to the teaching reform of warm disease,with a general upward trend in annual publications.Most publications originated from undergraduate colleges and hospitals,with wide regional and scholar distribution.Prolific authors formed stable,productive teams,but collaboration between different regions,institutions,and teams remains limited.High-frequency keywords such as“teaching methods,”“teaching mode,”“clinical practice,”and“curriculum politics”demonstrated strong centrality,highlighting them as focal points of current research.Notably,“curriculum politics”emerged strongly as a research hotspot since 2020.Conclusion Undergraduate colleges play a central role in research on teaching reform,consistently leading in publication volume.However,greater regional,institutional,and author collaboration is needed to advance the steady progress of warm disease teaching reform.In the future,reforms in warm disease teaching will align with modern information technologies and integrate ideological education,fostering a new generation of talent in Chinese medicine.
