基于熵值—突变级数法的湖北省水资源承载力评价

摘要 为协调湖北省水资源供需平衡关系、推动经济可持续发展,从水资源、社会、经济、生态环境四个层面构建水资源承载力评价指标体系,采用熵值—突变级数法对2022年湖北省17个市(州)水资源承载力进行综合评价。结果表明,各子系统对湖北省水资源承载力的贡献度差异显著,其中水资源子系统和生态环境子系统贡献度相对较高;水资源承载力综合评价结果在0.7692~0.9352之间,部分地区水资源承载力处于超载阶段(Ⅳ级),承载能力较弱。水资源承载力评价值与实际状况基本一致,表明模型设定科学合理,可应用于湖北省水资源承载力评价,并为其他地区水资源承载力评价提供参考。 To coordinate the supply-demand balance of water resources in Hubei Province and promote economic development,a water resource carrying capacity evaluation index system was constructed from four aspects of water resources,society,economy and ecological environment.The entropy-catastrophe progression method was applied to evaluating the water resource carrying capacity of 17 cities in Hubei Province in 2022.The results show that there are significant differences in the contribution of each subsystem to the water resource capacity of Hubei Province,with the water resource subsystem and the ecological environment subsystem having higher contributions.The evaluation results of water resource capacity range from 0.7692 to 0.9352.The carrying capacity of water resources in some areas is in an overloaded stage(LevelⅣ),and the carrying capacity is weak.The evaluation results of water resource carrying capacity are consistent with the actual situation,indicating that the model setting is scientific and reasonable,and can be applied to the evaluation of water resource carrying capacity in Hubei Province,which provides reference for the evaluation of water resource carrying capacity in other regions.
