摘要
利用“中国家庭生育决策机制调查”数据,使用泊松回归分析方法,对浙江、四川、山东、广东、辽宁、湖北六省城乡已婚夫妇的家庭结构及其与理想生育数量之间的关系进行探索分析,结果发现:家庭结构对理想生育数量具有显著的影响,与双独家庭相比,双非家庭的理想子女数显著偏高,但与单独家庭之间不存在差异。同时,本研究还发现,生育政策对生育意愿的影响也不可忽视,生育政策放宽会导致理想生育数量的增加。为此,建议相关部门应逐步完善生育支持政策体系,有效提升育龄人群的生育意愿。
Based on the data of the Fertility Decision-making Mechanism Survey in Chinese Families,the method of Poisson Regression Analysis was used to explore and analyze the relationship between married-couple family structures and ideal numbers of births in 6 provinces including Zhejiang,Sichuan,Shandong,Guangdong,Liaoning and Hubei.The results show that there is a significant affect on the ideal numbers of births from the family structures.Compared with the ideal numbers from the couples both from the one-child families,those from over one-child families are significantly higher,but no differences were found from the couples,among whom one of the two from one-child families.Meanwhile,the research finds that the impact of fertility policies on fertility intentions cannot be ignored since the relaxation of fertility policies will lead to an increase in the number of ideal births.Therefore,it is suggested that the relevant departments should gradually improve the policy system for supporting childbirth and effectively enhance the fertility intentions of the childbearing-aged population.
