摘要
CO_(2)混合物热物性对于碳捕集过程的设计、运行和优化至关重要。综述了CO_(2)混合物的热力学性质和传输性质在实验研究方面的发展现状,对实验数据进行了可靠性分析。针对不同的碳捕集技术:化学吸收、物理吸收、物理吸附、膜分离、钙循环、化学链循环燃烧、及低温纯化,分析了CO_(2)混合物热物性实验数据的缺失情况,发现CO_(2)/H_(2)O的热力学性质、CO_(2)/CO的热导率和CO_(2)/NO_(2)的气液相平衡(VLE)以及传输性质亟待开展实验测量。通过指出这些数据缺失,为将来CO_(2)混合物热物性的实验研究指出方向。这对于各种碳捕集过程的安全、高效和经济运行具有重要意义。
The thermophysical properties of CO_(2) mixtures are critical to the design,operation and optimization of carbon capture processes.It reviews the development status of thermodynamic and transport properties of CO_(2) mixtures in experimental research,and analyzes the reliability of experimental data.According to the different carbon capture technologies such as chemical absorption,physical absorption,physical adsorption,membrane separation,calcium looping,chemical looping combustion,and cryogenic separation,the knowledge gaps of experimental data of CO_(2) mixture thermodynamic properties are analyzed,and it is found that the thermodynamic properties of CO_(2)/H_(2)O,the thermal conductivity of CO_(2)/CO,the vapor-liquid equilibrium(VLE)and the transport properties of CO_(2)/NO_(2)are needed to be experimentally measured.It aims to point the way for future experimental studies of thermophysical properties of CO_(2)mixtures by pointing out the knowledge gaps of these data.This is important for the safe,efficient and economical operation of various carbon capture processes.
