摘要
水利行业是国家关键信息基础设施的重点行业之一。近年来,面对严峻的全球网络安全形势和智慧水利、数字孪生水利飞速发展趋势,水利网络安全的重要性逐渐凸显。江西水利部门针对现状,提出符合江西水利实际的“一个中心,三重体系,多元情报”的构建思路,建立了与智慧水利、数字孪生水利发展相协调、以风险为驱动的全面、系统、主动的网络安全保障体系,显著提升了防护能力,为江西智慧水利和数字孪生水利建设打下坚实基础,对行业具有指导意义。
The water conservancy industry is a key industries in the critical information infrastructure.In recent years,with the growing global network security challenges and the rapid development of smart water conservancy and digital twin water conservancy,the importance of network security in the water conservancy has become increasingly evident.In response to these challenges,the water conservancy department of Jiangxi has proposed a construction framework of“one center,triple systems,and diversified intelligence,”tailored to the specific needs of Jiangxi water conservancy.This framework has led to the establishment of a comprehensive,systematic,and proactive risk-driven network security protection system,aligned with the development of smart water conservancy and digital twin water conservancy.This system has significantly enhanced protection capabilities and laid a solid foundation for the construction of smart water conservancy and digital twin water conservancy in Jiangxi,offering valuable guidance for the industry.
