摘要
互联网技术发展与其对社会公平影响的相关研究并不少见,但这些研究往往强调二者间的“合力”,而较少谈及其“张力”。互联网作为技术工具在本质上与“公平”无关,而是与“圈层”紧密相关。随着数字化和信息化的推进,基于数字技术的“数字重构”成为研究的热门主题。然而,互联网的公益性和公平性被过度强调,忽视了其圈层嵌套下的不平等现实,强调技术“祛魅”视野下,人文关怀和社会公平的研究路径。梳理了“互联网”与“公平”二者概念相互耦合的历史演变,强调“互联网”不仅是个体之间的连接,更是网络与网络之间的连接,以期从技术层面破除对互联网技术“公平性”的误解,互联网本质上是群体间的连接,而非个体间的直接互动。
Research on the development of Internet technology and its impact on social equity is not uncommon,but it tends to emphasize the“synergy”between the two,and less on their“tension”between the two.The Internet as a technological tool is not inherently related to“equity”,but rather closely to“circles”.With the advancement of digitization and informatization,“digital reconfiguration”based on digital technology has become a hot topic of research.However,the public welfare and equity of the Internet have been overemphasized,ignoring the reality of inequality under its nested circles,and emphasizing the research paths of humanistic care and social equity under the vision of technological“disenchantment”.The historical evolution of the mutual coupling of the concepts of“Internet”and“equity”is reviewed,emphasizing that the“Internet”is not only a connection between individuals,but also a link between networks.In order to dispel the misunderstanding of the“equity”of Internet technology at the technical level,it points out that the Internet is essentially a connection between groups rather than a direct interaction between individuals.
