摘要
地表基质层作为自然资源的一个重要分层被提出后,其调查监测技术标准体系正在逐步完善。基于全国统一的三维空间框架,建设地表基质层三维立体时空数据库也同步展开。本文描述了地表基质层三维立体时空数据库内容与结构,研究了调查数据的获取、清洗、入库方法,总结了数据库的应用实践经验,为开展地表基质层三维立体时空数据库建设与实践提供参考,对接入自然资源三维立体“一张图”和国土空间基础信息平台,实现调查监测成果的广泛共享和社会化服务打下基础。
Since the ground substrate layer was proposed as an important stratification of natural resources,its survey and monitoring technical standard system is gradually improving.Based on the national unified three-dimensional spatial framework,the construction of a three-dimensional spatio-temporal database of the ground substrate layer has also been carried out simultaneously.This paper explores the establishment of the content and structure of the three-dimensional spatio-temporal database of the ground substrate layer to the acquisition,cleaning and storage of survey data,and practices the application of the database,forming an application platform for comprehensive and efficient management,providing a reference for all parties to carry out the construction and practice of the three-dimensional spatio-temporal database of the ground substrate layer.In addition,laying a foundation for accessing the three-dimensional"one map"of natural resources and the basic information platform of land space to realize the extensive sharing and socialization of survey and monitoring results.
