摘要
简要介绍了煤岩用掘进机后支撑的功能和组成及其主要技术参数(支撑器力矩、后支撑联接、升降油缸行程、压力载荷)的确定、前横梁和二运回转的设计,进行了受力分析,验算了支撑腿的支撑能力,为相关设计提供了参考。
Briefly introduced the function and composition of the rear support of the roadheader for coal and rock,the determination of its main technical parameters(the moment of the support,the connection of the rear support,the stroke of the lifting cylinder,the pressure load),and the design of the front cross beam and the second rotation,carried out the stress analysis,and checked the support capacity of the support leg,which provides reference for the related design.
