摘要
某酱香型白酒废水处理厂采用预处理-UASB-五级Bardenpho-曝气生物滤池为主体的处理工艺对白酒废水进行处理,2018-2019年期间发现水质出水风险较大,故2023年四轮次起采用对两级AO采取分段进水,结果表明:和2022年六到七取酒轮次风险较高对比,2023年六到七轮次出水风险降低,说明分段进水能在一定程度上能够作为碳源强化COD、NH_(3)-N、TN及TP的去除效果。出水满足《发酵酒精和白酒工业污染物排放标准》(GB 27631-2011)中直接排放限值的要求,使得葡萄糖用量减少25 975 kg,节约运行成本14万元左右,减少污水处理物耗碳排放近41 560 kgCO_(2)。
The wastewater of maotai-flavor liquor was treated by the process of pretreatment-UASB-bardenpho-biological aerated filter(BAF),From 2018 to 2019,it was found that the risk of effluent from water quality was high.Therefore starting from the fourth round,the 2023 adopted raw water to go beyond anaerobic and directly into the aerobic tank.The results showed that:in comparison to the high risk observed in the six to seven cycles in 2022,the effluent risk decreased in the same cycles in 2023.This indicates that the raw water,to some extent,can enhance the removal of COD,NH_(3)-N,TN,and TP as a carbon source.As a result,the effluent meets the requirements of the Discharge standard of pollutants for fermentation alcohol industry(GB 27631-2011)direct discharge limits.Moreover,the use of glucose as a supplementary carbon source reduced by 25975 kg,saving operating costs by approximately 140000 yuan,and reducing carbon emissions from wastewater treatment energy sources by nearly 41560 kgCO_(2).
