退役乘用车起动机前后端盖超声波清洗技术研究

摘要 再制造是我国汽车回收利用行业绿色发展的重要路径之一。随着我国乘用车保有量的提升,退役乘用车数量亦急剧攀升。在我国绿色发展理念指引下,如何实现车用零部件再制造等高附加值回收利用,是乘用车回收利用业亟待解决的问题。车用零部件清洗是其再制造的关键前续环节。论文基于超声清洗技术,以市面上最常用的三种不同PH值的清洗剂为媒介,对退役乘用车起动机端盖开展了清洗技术研究。研究表明,当超声功率为0.5kW、超声频率为40kHz、实验湿度为60%、噪音为50dB时,清洗时间为30min及温度为(50~70)℃时前后端盖清洗效果最好,最低清洁度超过84.21%。同时,在同等实验条件下,pH值为10清洗剂的清洗效果较其它两种更优。 Remanufacturing is an important path for the green development of China's automobile industry.With the rapid popu⁃lation growth of passenger vehicles in China the number of retired passenger cars is also rising quickly.Under the guidance of Chi⁃na's green development concept,how to achieve high value-added recycling such as remanufacturing of vehicle parts,is a press⁃ing issue for the passenger vehicle recycling industry.Cleaning is a key step of the automotive parts pre-remanufacturing.Based on the green ultrasonic cleaning technology,three most used different PH cleaning agents are selected to carry out the cleaning for the end covers of retired passenger vehicles starters.The study shows that the front and rear end covers are cleaned best when the ultrasonic power is 0.5kW,the ultrasonic frequency is 40kHz,the experimental humidity is 60%,the noise is 50dB,the cleaning time is 30min and the temperature is(50~70)℃,the minimum cleanliness is exceed 84.21%.At the same time,the ex⁃periment shows that under the same conditions,the cleaning effect of the agent pH of 10 is better than the other two.
