摘要
文章针对湿陷性黄土区高层建筑勘察设计及复杂地基施工技术展开分析,探讨湿陷性黄土特性对地基稳定性的影响,并结合工程案例,对不同地基处理和基础施工技术进行评价,包括预浸水法、换填法、强夯法和高压注浆加固法等,系统评估了不同措施在提高地基承载力、减少沉降量方面的效果,提出了合理的地基施工质量控制方法,以确保湿陷性黄土区高层建筑长期安全与稳定。
This paper analyzes the investigation and design of high-rise buildings and complex foundation construction technology in collapsible loess areas,discusses the influence of collapsible loess characteristics on foundation stability,and evaluates different foundation treatment and foundation construction technologies combined with engineering cases,including prewetting method,replacement method,dynamic compaction method,and high-pressure grouting reinforcement method.The effects of different measures on improving foundation bearing capacity and reducing settlement are systematically evaluated,and reasonable quality control methods for foundation construction are put forward to ensure the long-term safety and stability of high-rise buildings in collapsible loess areas.
