摘要
为了解决准能集团露天煤矿设备维修中心电修车间对大型矿用设备装配时精准控温难和作业人员劳动强度大的问题,对传统烘焙箱进行深度剖析,提出了相对应移动小车自动化控制和加热过程精准控温电气优化设计方案,将传统的人力拖动移动小车改为自动化控制,彻底降低作业人员的劳动强度;将传统继电器加热控制改为西门子PLC200Smart_ST20和MCGS触摸屏进行人界交互自动化控制。电气优化设计保证了被加热设备的精准温度,降低了人员劳动强度,实现了设备与人员交互。
In order to solve the problems of difficult precise temperature control and high labor intensity of workers when assembling large-scale mining equipment in the electric repair workshop of equipment maintenance center of Zhunneng group,this article makes a deep analysis on the traditional baking box,puts forward the corresponding automatic control of the mobile car and the electrical optimization design of precise temperature control in the heating process.We change the traditional relay heating control to Siemens PLC200Smart_ST20和MCGS automatic control.The electric optimization design ensures the accurate temperature of the heating equipment,reduces the labor intensity of the personnel,realizes the interaction between the equipment and the personnel.
