摘要
教育数字化转型是数字技术与教育生态融合发展、牵引实现教育高质量发展的必由之路,而校长作为学校数字化发展的掌舵人,在推动学校教育数字化转型中具有不可替代的作用。为提升中小学校长的数字化领导力,文章在剖析校长数字化领导力内涵的基础上,首先运用扎根理论,提取出中小学校长数字化领导力模型的核心要素;接着以组织变革理论和领导力概念链为理论基础,初步构建了中小学校长数字化领导力模型;之后通过专家循环评定、验证性因子分析,获得了修正完善后的中小学校长数字化领导力模型。最后,文章对最终形成的中小学校长数字化领导力模型进行了阐释,指出该模型包含情境层、领导力层和表征层,其中数字化认知力、数字化学习力、数字化感召力、数字化组织力、数字化执行力和数字化评估力是中小学校长自身应具备的核心领导力。文章的研究可为校长数字化领导力发展提供参照,助力校域数字化变革的整体推进。
Digital transformation of education is the necessary path to the integrated development of digital technology and education ecology,draging the realization of high-quality development of education.As the helmsman of the digital development of schools,principals play an irreplaceable role in promoting the digital transformation of school education.In order to improve the digital leadership of primary and secondary school principals,on the basis of interpreting the connotation of digital leadership of principals,this paper firstly extracted the core elements of digital leadership of primary and secondary school principals using the grounded theory.Then,based on the theory of organizational change and leadership concept chain,the leadership model for primary and secondary schools principals was preliminary constructed.After that,the revised digital leadership model of primary and secondary school principals was obtained through expert cyclic evaluation and confirmatory factor analysis.Finally,the paper explained the finalised digital leadership model of primary and secondary school principals,and pointed out that this model included situation layer,leadership layer,and representation layer,among which digital cognition,digital learning,digital inspiration,digital organization,digital execution and digital evaluation were the core leaderships that primary and secondary school principals should possess.The research can provide a reference for the development of principals’digital leadership,and promote the overall advancement of digital transformation within the school domain.
