摘要
以拉萨贡嘎机场外部交通改造项目中连续箱梁桥为工程背景,设计了强度、刚度及稳定性均较好的盘扣式支架,支架各杆件间通过自锁式楔形销,确保节点连接强度,并详细阐述了地基处理、支架搭设及预压、模板安装等施工关键技术。项目施工及运营结果表明:本研究成果有效提升了工程质量、缩短了工期,确保了项目的经济效益,解决了复杂地质超低净空箱梁施工的难题。
This article takes the continuous box girder bridge in the external transportation renovation project of Lhasa Gongga Airport as the engineering background.Firstly,a buckle type bracket with good strength,stiffness,and stability was designed.The members of the bracket were connected with self-locking wedge pins to ensure the strength of the node connection.Researched and elaborated on key construction technologies such as foundation treatment,support installation and preloading,and formwork installation.The construction and operation results of the project indicate that the research results in this article have effectively improved the quality of the project,shortened the construction period,ensured the economic benefits of the project,and solved the problem of complex geological ultra-low clearance box girder construction.
