摘要
为解决青岛市地铁4号线沂水路站C2出入口与青大附院合建项目超深狭窄地下通道支护设计和明挖施工难题,根据现场地质勘探情况,运用理论与实践经验相结合的方式,通过科学研究比较,合理安排分层分段施工顺序,确定在医院院区地下管线密集、周边环境复杂、噪声扬尘要求高、施工空间受限等因素下,针对不同施工部位、不同临界环境采取不同形式的联合支护体系,以经济合理的支护方案、先进的综合施工技术,辅以全方位边坡位移监测、重点部位爆破振动监测,克服不利的基坑支护条件,确保施工工期及医疗设备的正常使用,可为今后类似毗邻已有建筑的新建工程提供参考。
To address the challenges in support design and open excavation construction of the ultra-deep and narrow underground passage at the C2 entrance of Yishui Road Station of Qingdao Metro Line 4,adjacent to the Qingdao University Affiliated Hospital,a combined theoretical and practical approach is adopted.Based on on-site geological exploration,layered and segmented construction sequences are reasonably arranged through scientific research and comparisons.Different forms of combined support systems are implemented for various construction areas and critical environments,considering dense underground pipelines,a complex surrounding environment,stringent noise and dust control requirements,and limited construction space.Economic and reasonable support solutions,advanced comprehensive construction techniques,and comprehensive monitoring of slope displacement and blasting vibrations in key areas effectively overcome adverse foundation pit support conditions.It ensures the construction schedule and the normal operation of medical equipment,providing references for similar projects near existing structures in the future.
