摘要课程思政是指在高等教育课程中,融入思想政治教育内容和思想政治素质教育理念,旨在培养学生的思想道德品质和社会责任感。“食品发酵工程”是食品科学与工程专业的一门专业限选课程,本课程在传授专业知识的同时融入课程思政内容,旨在加强思想政治教育的渗透和影响,推动高校学生的全面发展和健康成长,培养具有坚定理想信念,高尚情操和扎实学识的新时代青年人才,达到课程育人的目的。 Curriculum ideological and political education refers to the integration of ideological and political education content and ideological and political quality education concept in higher education courses,aiming to cultivate students'ideological and moral quality and social responsibility.Food fermentation engineering is a professional limited elective course for food science and engineering major.While imparting professional knowledge,this course integrates the content of ideological and political education,aiming to strengthen the penetration and influence of ideological and political education,promote the all-round development and healthy growth of college students,cultivate young talents with firm ideals and beliefs,noble sentiments and solid knowledge in the new era,and achieve the purpose of curriculum education.
