摘要
通过研究正压输送工艺及设备,设计了一款料气分离阀,用于替代传统的双路阀进行卸料,使得尾部气流能够重新回到输送管道,从而减少了插入式脉冲等设备的投资,提高了物料输送的效率和能力。阐述了料气分离阀的结构、工作原理以及在实际生产中的应用效果,展示了该创新设计在降低成本、提高经济效益方面的显著优势,为正压输送工艺的发展提供了新的思路和方向。
Through research into positive pressure conveying technology and equipment,a novel material-gas separation valve was designed to replace traditional dual-path valves during discharge,allowing rear flow to be recycled back into the conveying pipeline.This innovation reduced the need for investment in equipment such as pulse injection systems,thereby enhancing both the efficiency and capacity of material conveyance.The structural design and working principle of the material-gas separation valve were elucidated,along with its practical application effects in real production scenarios.The innovative design demonstrated significant advantages in reducing costs and increasing economic benefits,offering a new paradigm and direction for the development of positive pressure conveying processes.
