摘要
阐述维生素D的代谢及调节、维生素D的抗癌作用、维生素D与前列腺癌的关系,归纳维生素D影响前列腺癌的作用机制,并探讨维生素D在癌症预防、治疗及预后等方面的前景。
This article described the metabolism and regulation of vitamin D,the anti-cancer effect of vitamin D,the relationship between vitamin D and prostate cancer,summarized the mechanism of action of vitamin D on prostate cancer,and discussed the application prospect of vitamin D in cancer prevention,treatment and prognosis.
