摘要
随着医保政策的改革和私营医院数量的增加,国内公立医院亟须探索出一条适合自身发展的运营管理路径。本文运用NVivo14软件对国内外相关文献进行内容质性分析,结合高质量发展内涵,归纳出公立医院运营管理在管理体系、预算成本管理、业务流程管理、绩效管理、信息化建设5个方面存在的不足,并提出相应的解决措施,助力公立医院实现高质量发展。
With the ongoing reform of medical insurance policies and the growing prevalence of private hospitals,domestic public hospitals must explore a suitable development path tailored to their operational and management requirements.Aligning with the principles of high-quality development,this study identifies shortcomings in public hospital operation and management across five key areas:management systems,budget and cost management,business process management,performance management,and information system construction.Targeted solutions are proposed to facilitate the high-quality development of public hospitals.
