摘要
在绿色可持续发展的大环境下,资金受约束的中小企业承受着经济发展和绿色生产的双重压力。基于此构造了由运营资金受部分约束、创新资金全部受约束的中小企业制造商和核心企业供应商组成的二级供应链,运用演化博弈的方法,分析了担保费、融资服务费等各因素对供应商融资方案决策以及对制造商绿色创新行为的影响。研究发现,较高的担保费和较低的融资服务费,会提高供应商选择提供担保融资的积极性,而较低的担保费和较高的融资服务费,会提高供应商选择提供延期融资的积极性;较高的绿色产品的产量或恰当的产品绿色度均有利于促进制造商进行绿色创新;适度加大监管力度对绿色供应链稳定发展有正向作用。
Under the environment of green and sustainable development,capital-constrained SMEs are under the double pressure of economic development and green production.In this paper,we construct a secondary supply chain consisting of an SME manufacturers with partially constrained operating funds and fully constrained innovation funds and a core firn supplier,and analyzes the impacts of each factor such as guarantee fees and financing service fees on the decision-making of suppliers′financing schemes and manufacturers′green innovation behaviors by using the method of evolutionary game.It was found that:Higher guarantee fees and lower financing service fees increase the incentive for suppliers to choose to provide secured financing.And lower guarantee fees and higher financing service fees increase the incentive for suppliers to choose to offer deferred financing.Higher yields of green products or the right degree of product greenness are conducive to fostering green innovation among manufacturers.A moderate increase in regulation has a positive effect on the stable development of green supply chains.
