覆土式液化石油气储罐的工程应用及设计分析 被引量:1

摘要 文章通过对覆土式储罐与球罐进行对比分析,提出覆土式储罐可避免蒸汽云爆炸,具有保护储罐避免临近热源、爆炸冲击波、飞溅物体等其他破坏的风险,有利于安全稳定存储;覆土罐还缩小了与周围相邻设施的安全间距,提高罐区用地集约性;并进一步对覆土式储罐的各类载荷进行了分析,总结出覆土罐主要承受的10类载荷及计算方法,并提出了覆土式储罐的危险载荷组合;同时,对覆土式储罐的特殊结构进行了介绍,提出储罐的防腐要求高、施工组织及方法复杂、检维修难度大及相关标准规范缺失是工程应用的重难点。 This article compared and analyzed Mounded LPG Bullet with spherical vessel,and proposed that Mounded LPG Bullet can avoid steam cloud explosions,and protect storage tanks from nearby heat sources,explosion shock waves,splashing objects,and other damage,which can conduct to safe and stable storage.The Mounded LPG Bullet also reduces the safe distance between adjacent facilities and improves the intensification of land use in the tank site.Furthermore,various loads of Mounded LPG Bullet were analyzed,and 10 main types of loads and calculation methods were summarized.The dangerous load combinations of Mounded LPG Bullet were proposed.At the same time,the special structure of Mounded LPG Bullet was introduced,and it was pointed out that the high anti-corrosion requirements,complex construction organization and methods,high difficulty in inspection and maintenance,and lack of relevant standards and specifications are the key and difficult points in engineering applications.
