摘要
消化系统肿瘤在我国高发,死亡率极高,严重威胁人体健康,成为目前亟待解决的临床难题。近几年研究发现长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA,lncRNA)在消化道肿瘤中发挥了重要作用,lncRNA人浆细胞瘤转化迁移基因1(plasmacytoma variant translocation 1,PVT1)是lncRNA的关键分子,参与了肿瘤细胞的增殖、迁移、侵袭、转化等过程。本文就lncRNA PVT1在消化道肿瘤中的作用和机制进行简要综述,以期为消化道肿瘤的诊断和治疗提供理论依据。
Digestive system tumors are highly prevalent in China,with a very high mortality rate,posing a serious threat to human health and becoming a clinical problem that needs to be solved urgently.In recent years,it has been found that long non-coding RNA(lncRNA)plays an important role in digestive tract tumors.LncRNA human plasmacytoma variant translocation 1(PVT1)is a key molecule of lncRNA,which is involved in the proliferation,migration,invasion and transformation of tumor cells.This paper provided a brief review on the role and mechanism of lncRNA PVT1 in digestive tract tumors,with a view to providing a theoretical basis for the diagnosis and treatment of digestive tract tumors.
