网络团体辅导对小学教师职业使命感和工作投入的干预效果 被引量:1

Intervention effect of online group counseling on the occupational calling and work engagement of primary school teachers

摘要 目的探究积极心理网络团体辅导对小学教师职业使命感和工作投入的提升效果。方法公开招募有意向参加网络团体辅导的小学教师24名,选取12名作为实验组并开展4周的积极心理网络团体辅导,对照组12名不进行任何干预,采用《职业使命感量表》和《工作投入量表》对2组进行前后测量分析。结果干预前实验组和对照组的职业使命感和工作投入得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),团体干预后,实验组的职业使命感和工作投入总均分与对照组的得分差异有统计学意义(t=2.25,P<0.05;t=2.10,P<0.05),实验组的职业使命感(t=-3.70,P<0.01)、导向力(t=-2.22,P<0.05)、利他贡献(t=-3.51,P<0.01)、意义价值(t=-2.17,P<0.05)、工作投入(t=-4.01,P<0.01)、奉献(t=-2.92,P<0.05)、专注(t=-2.28,P<0.05)前后差异有统计学意义,对照组所有变量得分的前后差异都无统计学意义。结论积极心理学取向的网络团体辅导能有效提升小学教师的职业使命感和工作投入水平。 Objective To explore the enhancing effect of positive psychology online group counseling on the occupational calling and work engagement of primary school teachers.Methods Twenty-four primary school teachers who were interested in participating in online group tutoring were publicly recruited,and 12 were selected as the experimental group for 4 weeks of positive psychology online group tutoring.The control group of 12 did not receive any intervention,and the two groups were measured and analyzed before and after using the Occupational Calling Scale and the Work Engagement Scale.Results There was no statistical difference in the scores of occupational calling and work engagement between the experimental group and the control group before intervention(P>0.05).After group intervention,the total average scores of occupational calling and work engagement in the experimental group were statistically different from those of the control group(t=2.25,P<0.05;t=2.10,P<0.05).There were statistical differences in the scores of occupational calling(t=-3.70,P<0.01),guidance(t=-2.22,P<0.05),altruistic contribution(t=-3.51,P<0.01),meaningful value(t=-2.17,P<0.05),work engagement(t=-4.01,P<0.01),dedication(t=-2.92,P<0.05),and focus(t=-2.28,P<0.05)of the experimental group before and after intervention,and there was no significant difference in the scores of all variables of the control group.Conclusion Positive psychology oriented online group counseling can effectively enhance the occupational calling and work engagement level of primary school teachers.
