一种综合可泵性及防气窜能力的水泥浆触变稠度设计方法

摘要 采用稠度差值法建立水泥浆触变稠度与六速黏度计读数的关系,进而建立水泥浆触变稠度与水泥浆黏度的关系,并利用Landmark软件模拟分析不同触变稠度水泥浆地面泵压及泵注过程中当量密度(ECD),分析在其他参数不变的条件下稠度对压稳不压漏安全可泵注性能的影响,然后利用落球法测黏度原理,分析不同水泥浆触变稠度(黏度)防气窜能力,提出一种综合可泵性及防气窜能力的水泥浆触变稠度设计方法。结果表明:以某油田高压气井为例,当水泥浆触变稠度为35 Bc时,井底ECD达到地层破裂压力当量密度的临界值;当水泥浆触变稠度为31 Bc时,对直径为1000μm的气泡施加的运移阻力近169 Pa,具有明显的防气体运移能力。 The relationship between the thixotropic thickening of cement slurries and the readings of a six-speed viscometer was established using the viscosity difference method.Then,the relationship between thixotropic thickening and the viscosity of cement slurries was developed.The Landmark software was used to simulate and analyze the surface pumping pressure and ECD during pumping for different thixotropic thickening levels of cement slurries.The impact of thickening on the safe and leak-free pumpability under other constant parameters was analyzed.Then,by utilizing the principle of the falling ball method for measuring viscosity,the ability of different thixotropic thickening levels(viscosity)to prevent gas migration was investigated.And a design method for thixotropic consistency of cement slurry with combination of pumpability and gas migration prevention was proposed.The results show that,taking a high-pressure gas well in a certain oil field as an example,when the thixotropic consistency of cement slurry is 35 Bc,the bottom hole ECD reaches the critical value of equivalent density of formation fracture pressure.When the cement slurry thixotropic thickening is 31 Bc,it applies a migration resistance of nearly 169 Pa to 1000μm diameter bubbles,showing a significant ability to prevent gas migration.
