摘要
水轮电机线圈绕组运行温度实时监测,能够及时发现发电机运行中存在的问题,从而保证水轮电机安全运行。针对下转换荧光光纤温度传感器的传感测温距离不超过30m的不足,提出采用光纤低损耗波长1550nm半导体器为激励光源产生上转换荧光的光纤温度传感器方案。选用上转换材料ZnF_(2):Er^(3+),Yb^(3+)作为传感器的荧光材料,用400微米光纤为传光介质。设计了光路、电路,搭建实验装置,进行了上转换荧光寿命与温度的测试标定,结果表明这种方法光纤测温距离可达到76m,满足大型水轮机绕组采用荧光光纤温度传感器进行温度监测的需求。
Real-time monitoring of the operating temperature of the winding of the hydromotor can find the problems in the operation of the generator in time,so as to ensure the safe operation of the hydromotor.Aiming at the problem that the sensing distance of the down-conversion fluorescence optical fiber temperature sensor is not more than 30m,an optical fiber temperature sensor with 1550nm wavelength as excitation source was proposed to generate upconversion fluorescence.Upconversion materials ZnF_(2):Er^(3+),Yb^(3+)were selected as the fluorescent materials of the sensor,and 400 micron fiber was used as the light transmission medium.The optical circuit and circuit were designed,the experimental device was set up,and the fluorescence lifetime and temperature of upconversion fluorescence were measured and calibrated.The results shown that the optical fiber temperature measurement distance of this method can reach 8Om,which meets the demand of temperature monitoring of large hydraulic turbine windings with fluorescence optical fiber temperature sensor.
