摘要
本文对新一代互联网Web 3.0的主要特点进行了研究,并结合场外衍生品业务生态进行了对比分析,发现Web 3.0为场外衍生品的业务运行提供了良好的技术生态环境,可更好地满足场外衍生品个性化和私密性的业务需求,同时场外衍生品监管也面临新的技术环境和挑战,在Web 3.0环境下发展嵌入式监管将更好满足风险监管和透明度要求。
This article explores the key characteristics of the new generation of the internet,Web 3.0,and conducts a comparative analysis in conjunction with the ecosystem of over-the-counter(OTC)derivatives.We have found that Web 3.0 provides a favorable technological environment for the operation of OTC derivatives,better meeting the personalized and private business needs of these derivatives.Meanwhile,the regulation of OTC derivatives also faces new technological environments and challenges.The development of embedded regulation within the Web 3.0 environment will better fulfill the requirements of risk management and regulatory transparency.
