摘要
髋、膝关节是人体最复杂、应力最大的关节。老年人髋、膝关节疾病发病率及损伤率较高,一旦发生通常会影响肢体功能,并显著降低生活质量。下肢康复机器人属于自动化康复训练设备,主要是以运动再学习理论为基础,协助患者进行重复、密集、有效的运动,确保快速康复下肢功能。本文主要阐述下肢康复机器人的类型及工作原理,回顾下肢康复机器人在髋、膝关节置换术后患者康复训练中的应用场景,介绍未来下肢康复机器人发展机遇与面临的挑战,从而为下肢康复机器人在髋、膝关节置换术后患者早期康复训练中的应用和研究提供新思路。
The hip and knee joints are the most complex and stressed joints in the human body,the incidence rate of hip and knee joints,and the rate of injury in the elderly are also increasing.Once disease occurs,it usually affects their function and signifi-cantly reduces their quality of life.Lower limb rehabilitation robots are one of the automated rehabilitation training equipment,mainly based on the theory of motor relearning.Patients perform repetitive,intensive,and effective movements to ensure rapid recovery of lower limb function.This article mainly summarizes the introduction,specific types,and working principles of lower limb rehabilitation robots,reviews the application scenarios of lower limb rehabilitation robots in the rehabilitation training of patients after hip and knee joint replacement surgery,introduces the development opportunities and challenges faced by lower limb rehabilitation robots in the fu-ture,and provides new ideas for the application and research of lower limb rehabilitation robots in early rehabilitation training of pa-tients after hip and knee joint replacement surgery.
