摘要
常规的风电机组箱式变压器数据信息化采集方法主要使用TDMA三对角矩阵建立信息化分布模型,易受局部放电作用影响,导致采集数据信息偏差较高,因此,本文提出了一种基于云服务系统的风电机组箱式变压器数据信息化采集方法。即构建风电机组箱式变压器数据信息化采集模型,生成风电机组箱式变压器数据智能信息化采集中心,从而实现了变压器数据信息化采集。实验结果表明,设计的箱式变压器云服务系统数据信息化采集方法采集的数据信息与实际数据信息较拟合,偏差较小,证明设计的信息化采集方法的采集效果较好,具有准确性,有一定的应用价值,为提高风电机组运行安全性,解决风电机组运行故障问题做出了一定的贡献。
The conventional data information acquisition method for wind turbine box-type transformers mainly uses the TDMA tri-diagonal matrix to establish an information distribution model,which is susceptible to the influence of partial discharge and can lead to high deviations in the collected data information.Therefore,this article proposes a data information acquisition method for wind turbine box-type transformers based on a cloud service system.Specifically,it involves constructing a data information acquisition model for wind turbine box-type transformers and establishing a smart information acquisition center to realize the data information acquisition of the transformers.Experimental results show that the designed data information acquisition method using the box-type transformer cloud service system closely matches the actual data information with low deviations,indicating that the information acquisition method has good acquisition effects,accuracy,and certain application value.This contributes to enhancing the operational safety of wind turbine units and addressing operational failures.
