摘要
目的观察老年胆结石患者手术治疗的临床效果。方法选择2022年1月至2023年12月期间雷州仁康医院普外科收治的158例老年胆结石患者,依照研究对象手术方案不同进行分组,即对照组(n=79,开腹手术)和观察组(n=79例,腹腔镜手)。对两组研究对象围术期相关指标、术后肝功能指标(TBiL、ALT)和出现并发症情况进行比较分析。结果观察组手术时间较对照组短,术中出血量较对照组少,术后2项肝功能指标(TBiL、ALT)均较对照组低,P<0.05。观察组并发症(切口感染、出血、肠粘连及肠梗阻)发生率较对照组低,P<0.05。结论老年胆结石患者采用腹腔镜手术治疗的临床效果佳,对患者肝功能改善明显,且术后并发症少。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of surgical treatment for elderly patients with gallstones.Methods:A total of 158 elderly gallstone patients admitted to the general Surgery Department of Leizhou Renkang Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected and divided according to the order of the study subjects,that is,the control group(n=79,open surgery)and the observation group(n=79 cases,laparoscopic hand).Later,the data of perioperative related indicators,postoperative liver function indicators(TBIL、ALT)and the number of complications in the subjects of the two groups were analyzed..Results:The operation time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,the amount of blood loss during the operation was less than that of the control group,and the two indexes of liver function(TBiL and ALT)after operation were lower than that of the control group,P<0.05.The incidence of complications(incision infection、bleeding、intestinal adhesion and intestinal obstruction)in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Laparoscopic surgery for elderly patients with gallstones has a good clinical effect,which can obviously improve the liver function of patients and has few postoperative complications.
