摘要
针对传统柴油机装配依赖于工人的经验和技能,存在效率低下、成本高、装配质量不稳定等问题,利用Pro/E三维软件对621/31柴油机零件进行建模和整机虚拟装配以及运动仿真,研究中充分运用三维技术对柴油机的各零件进行精确建模和虚拟装配,并进行运动仿真,模拟柴油机的主要运动过程,得出第一缸活塞顶部点的加速度、速度及位移相关数据,其中曲线最大值约为680 mm,最小值约为370 mm,差值约为310 mm,则柴油机冲程为310 mm,与6L21/31柴油机的冲程值吻合,验证了建模和虚拟装配的正确性。同时活塞顶部点的位置、加速度及速度的运动轨迹曲线完全符合规律,进一步验证了三维建模和虚拟仿真的可靠性和正确性。通过船用中速柴油机虚拟装配技术的研究与应用,为下一步开发完全自主品牌的柴油机奠定了基础。
Traditional diesel engine assembly relies on workers'experience and skills,and has problems such as low efficiency,high cost and unstable assembly quality.Pro/E 3D software is used to model the 621/31 diesel engine parts,virtual assembly of the whole engine and motion simulation.In the research,3D technology is fully used to carry out accurate modeling and virtual assembly of various parts of the diesel engine,and motion simulation is carried out to simulate the main motion process of the diesel engine.The acceleration,speed and displacement data of the piston top point of the first cylinder are obtained.The maximum value of the curve is about 680 mm,the minimum value is about 370 mm,and the difference is about 310 mm.The measured stroke of the diesel engine is 310 mm,which is consistent with the stroke value of 6L21/31 diesel engine.The correctness of modeling and virtual assembly is verified.At the same time,the position of piston top point,acceleration and speed of the motion trajectory curve fully comply with the law,further verifying the reliability and correctness of three-dimensional modeling and virtual simulation.The research and application of virtual assembly technology of marine medium-speed diesel engine lay a foundation for further development of diesel engine with independent brand.
