摘要
常规的工业废水处理设备超声波信号回波搜索,主要采用入射波与反射波进行滤波分离处理得出搜索结果,忽略了信号噪声干扰的影响,导致搜索结果查全率较低。因此,提出基于模态分解的工业废水处理设备超声波信号回波搜索方法。将采集到的工业废水处理设备超声波信号分解为数据波形;基于模态分解对信号回波进行预处理,叠加信号模态分量去除信号噪声干扰;分段处理回波信号,分别进行粗搜索和精搜索得出搜索结果。结果表明:所提方法应用于不同类型废水处理信号检索,查全率均比较高,平均可达95.67%。
The conventional ultrasonic signal echo search of industrial wastewater treatment equipment mainly uses the incident wave and the reflected wave to filter and separate the search results,ignoring the influence of signal noise interference,resulting in a low recall rate of the search results.Therefore,an echo search method of ultrasonic signal of industrial wastewater treatment equipment based on modal decomposition was proposed.The collected ultrasonic signal of industrial wastewater treatment equipment was processed into data waveform,and the signal echo was pretreated based on modal decomposition.The signal noise interference was removed by superposing the signal modal component,and the echo signal was processed in sections.The search results were obtained by rough search and fine search respectively.The experimental results showed that the recall rate of the search results obtained after the application of the proposed method under different types of wastewater treatment was relatively high,with an average of 95.67%,and the search results were better.
