当前智能建造技术崭露头角,为工程建设管理带来了革命性转变。其能够有效提高施工质量,还可以降低工程成本及环境影响,是推动工程建设行业转型升级的重要力量。概述智能建造技术,分析其在工程建设管理中的运用,如在勘察设计、施工建造和运维管理等不同阶段的应用,并指出其在提升项目管理水平、增强项目可持续性方面的积极作用。依托实际案例展示了智能建造技术在工程建设管理中的实践效果,为工程建设行业的智能化发展提供参考。
In the new era,intelligent construction technology has emerged and brought a revolutionary transformation to engineering construction management.It can effectively improve construction quality,reduce project costs and environmental impacts,and is an important force promoting the transformation and upgrading of the engineering construction industry.This paper gives an overview of intelligent construction technology and analyzes its application in engineering construction management,such as in different stages of survey and design,construction,and operation and maintenance management.It also points out its positive role in improving project management level and enhancing project sustainability.Relying on practical cases,it demonstrates the practical effects of intelligent construction technology in engineering construction management,providing a reference for the intelligent development of the engineering construction industry.
