摘要
为进一步了解鸡滑液囊支原体(Mycoplasma synoviae,MS)在安徽鸡群中的感染情况和流行菌株的遗传进化特征,对10个不同类型鸡群进行血清学和抗原核酸检测,分离并鉴定菌株,并进行遗传进化分析。结果表明,安徽鸡群中MS的平均抗体阳性率为71.02%,平均核酸阳性率为72.19%,血清学检测结果和核酸检测结果之间存在显著相关(P<0.05);通过不同类型鸡群的比较发现,青年鸡群MS的感染率最低,其次为种鸡群。经过分离、培养、纯化和鉴定,从发病鸡群中分离到2株MS分离株,命名为AHH-01和AHH-02,分离株具有典型的MS菌株特征;基因分型结果显示,2株分离株均为K基因型,在遗传进化关系上与四川分离株SMU-SCYA-LF1/2019的亲缘关系最近,与国内其他地区的分离株存在一定的遗传距离。该研究为深入分析安徽地区鸡群MS的感染情况和流行菌株提供了研究基础。
In order to further understand the infection status and genetic evolutionary characteristics of Mycoplasma synoviae(MS)in chicken flocks in Anhui,serological and antigenic nucleic acid tests were performed on 10 different types of chicken flocks.The strains were isolated and identified,the genetic evolutionary analysis was made.The results showed that the average antibody positive rate of MS in chicken flocks of Anhui was 71.02%and the average nucleic acid positive rate was 72.19%,with a significant correlation between the serological results and nucleic acid detection results(P<0.05).Through the comparison among different types of flocks,it was revealed that the infection rate of MS was the lowest in young flocks,followed by breeder flocks.Through the isolation,culture,purification and identification,two MS isolates were isolated from the diseased chicken,named AHH-01 and AHH-02.The isolated strains had the typical characteristics of MS strains.The genotyping results showed that the two isolates were all K genotype,which had the closest genetic relationship with the isolate SMU-SCYA-LF1/2019 from Sichuan,and a certain genetic distance from the isolates in other regions of China.This study provided the basis for in-depth analysis of MS infection and prevalent strains in chicken flocks in Anhui.
