摘要
目的:探讨改良锁骨钩钢板固定对急性肩锁关节脱位患者的作用。方法:选取2020年1月—2024年4月陇南市第一人民医院收治的80例急性肩锁关节脱位患者,随机分为对照组和研究组,各40例。对照组实施传统锁骨钩钢板固定,研究组实施改良锁骨钩钢板固定。比较两组康复情况、疼痛情况、肩关节功能、并发症发生率以及生活质量评分。结果:两组手术时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组喙缘间隙以及骨折愈合时间优于对照组(P<0.001);研究组并发症发生率低于对照组(P=0.038);术后1周,两组视觉模拟评分法评分降低,Constant-Murley评分升高,研究组优于对照组(P<0.05);术后1周,两组物质功能、日常生活、社会功能、心理功能评分升高,研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:改良锁骨钩钢板固定在急性肩锁关节脱位中的应用效果更好,可以缓解患者疼痛,缩短喙缘间隙,恢复肩关节功能,减少并发症,提高生活质量。
Objective:To explore the effect of modified clavicle hook plate fixation on patients with acute acromioclavicular joint dislocation.Methods:A total of 80 patients with acute acromioclavicular joint dislocation admitted to Longnan First People's Hospital from January 2020 to April 2024 were randomly divided into a control group and a study group,40 cases in each group.The control group was fixed with traditional clavicle hook plate,and the study group was fixed with modified clavicle hook plate.The rehabilitation status,pain status,shoulder joint function,complication rate and quality of life score were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in the operation time between the two groups(P>0.05).The beak margin gap and fracture healing time of the study group were better than those of the control group(P<0.001).The complication rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P=0.038).One week after surgery,the Visual Analogue Scale scores of the two groups decreased,and the Constant-Murley scores increased,with the study group being better than the control group(P<0.05).One week after surgery,the material function,daily life,social function,and psychological function scores of the two groups increased,with the study group being higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The improved clavicle hook plate fixation has a better application effect in acute acromioclavicular joint dislocation,which can relieve patients'pain,shorten the beak-edge gap,restore shoulder joint function,reduce complications,and improve quality of life.
