超高压双级液压螺栓拉伸器油缸变形问题分析与优化

Analysis and Optimization of Deformation in Hydraulic Cylinder of Ultra-High Pressure Dual-Stage Hydraulic Bolt Tensioner

摘要 为了在操作过程中减小并均匀化超高压双级液压螺栓拉伸器中油缸的径向变形,采用有限元分析进行全面的仿真计算。仿真结果表明,活塞位置和油压升高将导致拉伸器油缸和活塞的径向变形增加,尤其是下油缸的周向存在明显差异,因此对下油缸顶部结构进行优化。确定最佳参数后,重构一个新的三维拉伸器模型并进行仿真。最后,通过试验验证了优化结构的合理性与有效性。结果表明:相比原始结构,新结构的径向变形减少了18%。试验结果验证了优化结构的合理性和有效性。重复的保压试验表明,相较于原始结构,优化结构的内泄漏显著减少,并且径向变形的不均匀现象得到改善。 In order to minimize and uniform radial deformation of the oil cylinder in an ultra-high pressure dual-stage hydraulic bolt tensioner during operation,a comprehensive simulation calculation was carried out using finite element analysis.The simulation results show that the increase in piston position and oil pressure will cause an increase in both the radial deformation of the tensioner cylinder and piston deformation,especially obvious circumferential difference on the lower cylinder.So the top structure of the lower cylinder was optimized.After determining the optimal parameters,a new 3D tensioner model was reconstructed for simulation.Finally,the rationality and validity of the optimized structure were verified by experiments.The results indicate that radial deformation of the new structure is decreased by 18%compared to the original structure.The experimental results verify the rationality and effectiveness of the optimized structure.Repeated pressure tests show that compared to the original structure,the internal leakage of the optimized structure is significantly reduced,and the non-uniform phenomenon of radial deformation is improved.
