摘要
目的探讨集束化护理在重症患者失禁中的应用效果。方法选取2023年1—12月新泰市人民医院收治的重症患者失禁156例,根据护理方法不同将其分为观察组(78例)和对照组(78例)。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用集束化护理。比较两组炎症因子水平、失禁相关性皮炎发生情况和严重程度及负性情绪。结果护理前,两组C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)水平及焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理后,两组CRP、IL-6、IL-8水平及SAS、SDS评分均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组;观察组失禁相关性皮炎发生率及失禁相关性皮炎严重程度评估量表评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论重症患者失禁采用集束化护理能够有效预防失禁相关性皮炎,改善负性情绪,降低炎症因子水平。
Objective To explore the application effect of cluster nursing in incontinence of severe patients.Methods A total of 156 severe patients with incontinence admitted to the People's Hospital of Xintai City from January to December 2023 were selected and divided into observation group(78 cases)and control group(78 cases)according to different nursing methods.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given cluster nursing.The levels of inflammatory factors,the occurrence and severity of incontinence-associated dermatitis and negative emotions were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,the levels of C reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8)and the scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)between 2 groups had no statistical significance(P>0.05).After nursing,CRP,IL-6,IL-8 levels and SAS and SDS scores in 2 groups were lower than before nursing,and observation group was lower than control group;the incidence of incontinence-related dermatitis and the score of Incontinence-Associated Dermatitis Severity Assessment Scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Cluster nursing for incontinence in severe patients can effectively prevent incontinence-associated dermatitis,improve negative emotions,and reduce the level of inflammatory factors.
