摘要
非物质文化遗产研究的热度逐年上升,各种学说层出不穷,但对非遗文化中蕴含的科学原理进行深入探究和科学普及的工作却不多见。本实验秉持深耕非遗沃土,让传统文化焕发科技魅力的初心,致力于模拟复刻传统陶瓷施釉工艺,解读瓷器釉色千变万化的科学原理。从瓷釉彩料制备、釉面装饰工艺和釉质变色过程3方面入手,用常见生活用品代替专业材料,室温反应代替高温烧制,不仅实现了室温下釉层变色的展示效果,同时对釉上彩、釉下彩和斗彩3种传统瓷器釉面装饰工艺流程也进行了复刻。与此同时,团队自主开发虚拟仿真程序,线上线下联动,推进了陶瓷传统工艺相关的多维度梯度科普。
The study of intangible cultural heritage has been gaining increasing attention year by year,with various theories emerging.However,there is still a lack of in-depth exploration and scientific popularization of the scientific principles embedded in intangible cultural heritage.This experiment,driven by a commitment to cultivating the fertile ground of intangible heritage and infusing traditional culture with the charm of technology,aims to simulate traditional ceram-ic glazing techniques and decode the scientific principles behind the ever-changing colors of porce-lain glazes.Focusing on three aspects involving preparation of ceramic glaze pigments,glaze sur-face decoration techniques,and the glaze discoloration process,the experiment replaces profes-sional materials with common household items and substitutes high-temperature firing with room-temperature reactions.This approach not only achieves a demonstration of glaze discolora-tion at room temperature but also faithfully replicates the processes of overglaze,underglaze,and doucai(multi-colored decoration)in traditional porcelain glaze decoration.Furthermore,the vir-tual simulation programs has been developed,integrating online and offline platforms to promote a multi-dimensional and gradient approach to the scientific popularization of traditional ceramic techniques.
